The SMD Tower from Royonic delivers up to 550 SMD reels and requires a maximum of eight seconds to dispense any reel you require. Regardless
of whether you request a single reel, a tray, or automatically process a complete kitting list or a component assembly programme: the controlling PC records every movement and "keeps the books" for all stored reels, trays and component quantities.

Conventional storage systems with manual access hold the - not insignicant - danger of mix-ups. According to when the mix-up is noticed,
a proportinal amount of damage may have already occured. At best,
setting up time is extended and valuable production time shortened; at worst entire production batches are beyond repair.
