120 bins with high-speed random access delivery system which can present any one of 120 bins in less than 3 seconds.
The 712 Assembly Station combines the features of the basic 510 model with the advantages of high-speed bin delivery.
The bin delivery system of the Model 712 is a unique, high speed, random access delivery system that can present any of 120 bins in any sequence in less than 3 seconds. The magazines are driven in two axes by stepper motors that always deliver the bin via the shortest route.

The Model 712 is ideal for master kitting. Its unique, high speed random access capability permits loading of a master kit of components that can be used to assemble a variety of different PCBs that share common components, rather than reloading the station for each board type. Master kitting offers maximum control for both batch or JIT assembly methods. Minimizing the number of different kits reduces setup time and minimizes the possibility of kitting errors.
And when the station needs to be reloaded, all bins can be exchanged in less than 3 seconds.

Insertion rate / access time / insertion errors Maximum assembly performance is 1600cp/h. Typical rates range from 700 to 1000 cp/h. Bin access to any one of 120 bins in any sequence in less than 3 seconds. Typical error rate is .02% of inserted components.
ESD protection
Magazines and bins are conductive and grounded during operation. The conductive table surface and a ground strap set ensure ESD protection according to ISO 9000 and CE.
