The Premium Line is designed for users who wants to be prepared for any kind of soldering demand. The machines are supplied with the latest state of the art technique of vapour phase. There are machines for small series or high volume production.

Additional to the features of the Economy Line there is an optional IR-chamber to use for glue hardening or for additional preheating of the boards.

The patented SVP (Soft Vapour Phase) mode allows a great variety of temperature profiles, depending on customer demands. Per example the so called plateau-profils can be done and the temperature rise of the board can be adjusted from 1 to 6 K/sec. There is an also an excellent repeatability of these profiles. A special cooling procedure RCS (patented) helps to cool down even heavy boards very rapidly. It is the fastest way of cooling after soldering.
