sv360 The SV360 has been developed for users who have requirement for condensation reflow soldering for charges of small or mid size.

The machine uses the vapour heating for the whole soldering cycle. It works in the „HL mode“ (Heat Load mode). In this operation mode the temperature gradients can be adjusted by a variable heating power control, or the amount of condensing vapour. The machine can operate in a time controlled step sequence programmed by the user. It also can  operate completely  automatically. Then the times set are shortened or extended automatically according to the mass to be soldered.

The machine is designed with two different process chambers. One chamber is used  for vapour phase soldering; the other chamber is used to cool down quickly after soldering. The cooling chamber and the heat exchanger system  ensure a minimum of fluid losses. Therefore operating costs are low. The machine is ready for use after only 15 minutes.
